Experience

During my studies, I stayed in Canada, Spain and other countries, studying and utilizing five different languages. This experience allowed me to develop my own unique insights into second language learning. With many years of online and offline language teaching experience, while serving as the director of the teaching department at the Funday Online English Teaching Center, where I am in charge of teacher training and curriculum planning.

Experience

I am the Deputy Director of FUNDAY's Teaching Department. I implement Funday's second languages theories into our practical language training, in accordance with linguistic philosophy and linguistic psychology. Additionally, utilizing my knowledge of political philosophy and personnel psychology, I am responsible for the implementation and systemization of our school's administrative processes. I also carry out front-end design and engineering for our information systems.

During my studies, I stayed in Canada, the United States, New Zealand and other countries to study. I have both online and offline English teaching experience, as well as many years of practical working experience in large-scale global teacher recruitment, training and management. During my career, I have lived in the United States, Eastern Europe, China. I am the current academic manager of FUNDAY's teaching department, in charge of teacher recruitment and quality management. I am also responsible for marketing and cross-industry cooperation.

I spent elementary school enrolled at a school in California in the United States, and didn't return to Taiwan until junior high school. I have first-hand experience in educations systems in Taiwan, Europe and the United States. In school and as a FUNDAY lecturer, I have been a leading voice for students during English discussions, guiding others to not just practice English as a language but to gain knowledge in various fields using English.

Experience

I went to the United States with my parents, where I studied and lived for four years. As a bilinqual speaker, I have become well versed in various fields in the humanities. Since I was a child, I have participated in and won numerous awards in both English speaking and art competitions. During my university years, I discovered and studied world masterpieces in opera and other vocal forms of music, gaining insight into Western aesthetics, which has helped me lay a solid educational foundation in the humanities.

Experience

I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. During most of my childhood, I was brought up under a western-style education. I have been teaching children English as a tutor for up to four years. Other than teaching them how to understand words and paragraphs, I also use various skills to arouse students' thinking and discussion. Through discovery teaching method, students can gradually expand their experience , learn to think more flexibly, and avoid passively learning new information.

Experience

I was born in Taiwan and attended a bilingual kindergarten and elementary school. At age 10 my family decided to immigrate to Canada, where I continued to pursue my education. During high school, I began to teach math, English, and sciences in both a classroom setting as well as one-on-one. Aside from gaining valuable experience, I also developed a passion towards teaching. I recently completed my Bachelors in Medical Sciences from University of Western Ontario and returned to Taiwan. I hope to share my experience abroad by working with each of you at FUNDAY International School, and I hope you are just as excited as I am!
